My experience of the preflight PFR in December 2021 as well as the click and collect LFT I needed before my return flight was excellent. The PCR test was on time, the tester was friendly and helpful and the result came through on the app within 8 hours. The pre return flight testing result came through on the app within a few minutes. The certificates were on the app too.

We had the pleasure of getting tested by Susan and Alec this evening. They could not have been more helpful. The customer service was outstanding!!! All the staff at the testing centres tonight were fantastic, helpful, kind and considerate. Next time we travel we will definitely use this service again without a doubt!! Thank you so much!!!
